Store Policies

Items are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects when received. Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 1 week if items are missing or damaged. We will ship the missing items, or will replace damaged items at our expense.

Items in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for the purchase price minus any shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after the item is received back at our facility and inspected.

Items ship UPS Ground or USPS.  Shipping transit times vary based on location and carrier delays. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

AZ, CO, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MN, NC, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WI, and WA residents: Sales tax will be collected during purchase. States applicable may change at any time; sales tax will be shown in checkout prior to placing your order.

Credit card and Paypal charges will appear on your statement as Soulage by Therabath or Wrmed/Therabath.
