Soulagetherapy.com collects sales tax for orders being shipped within the state of California, as this is our home. We are required by law to collect sales tax within California and no where else since we do not have a physical presence in any other state.
Please note that for all international orders, including Canada, customers must pay for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Soulage is not able to determine what these fees will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that your item is in stock and ready to ship. Once it has been shipped, please allow 2-5 days for transit time. May be longer during Holiday season. We ship via UPS Ground Service: (Monday – Friday).
At Soulagetherapy.com, we proudly stand behind the quality brand name that we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original purchase price -- no questions asked up to 7 days from reciept of the product with prior approval, as long as item is in its original condition. br> So when you get a package from us, scrutinize the merchandise just as we have. Make sure it is correct. Check the quality and functions. If you decide you don't want a particular piece of merchandise, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization from us and then ship the merchandise back. You will be responsible for the freight back. It's pretty straightforward. Please contact us by email so we can take care of you! In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable)and original shipping costs. However - There can be NO REFUNDS issued after 7days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. By default, your credit card data disappears from the on-line transaction at the end of the 30th day from the time you place your order on-line. Soulagetherapy.com understands there can be mitigating circumstances. As long as you request your refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, Soulagetherapy.com will issue a refund.
