Our goal is to make the order process as easy as possible.Here's how it works:

  1. Find the items you want, and then click the "Add To Cart" button. This doesn't commit you, it just puts things in one convenient place.

  2. Click the "Cart | Checkout" link at the very top of the page at anytime to view your choices. You can add multiple products, delete items, and change the quantities in your order at any time.

  3. After you've selected all the items you want, hit the "View Shopping Cart | Checkout" button, again. Verify the items you have selected and click the "Secure Checkout" button.

  4. Step 1 of the checkout process: Provide us with your shipping address and the billing address of the credit card you are using.

  5. Step 2 of the checkout process: Enter the credit card number as one long set of digits, without any type of punctuation such as hyphens, spaces, or slashes. Next, enter the expiration date. Finally, select the shipping method.

  6. Step 3 of the checkout process: Review the information you have entered and hit the "Purchase" button to complete the order.

  7. Finally, upon verification of your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email.

Will I have to pay sales tax? back to top

Soulagetherapy.com collects sales tax for orders being shipped within the state of California, as this is our home. We are required by law to collect sales tax within California and no where else since we do not have a physical presence in any other state.

Please note that for all international orders, including Canada, customers must pay for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Soulage is not able to determine what these fees will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How long will it take to receive my package? back to top

Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that your item is in stock and ready to ship. Once it has been shipped, please allow 2-5 days for transit time. May be longer during Holiday season.

We ship via UPS Ground Service: (Monday – Friday).

International Orders

We will calculate the additional shipping charges for International orders. This will be a charge that will be sent to you by another link for you to click on and pay separately. Orders will not be shipped until we receive payment for this destination. If you choose to not pay the shipping charges you will need to email us and we will refund your money for the web site order. We ship by Priority Mail or UPS.

At Soulagetherapy.com, we proudly stand behind the quality brand name that we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original purchase price -- no questions asked up to 7 days from reciept of the product with prior approval, as long as item is in its original condition. br>

So when you get a package from us, scrutinize the merchandise just as we have. Make sure it is correct. Check the quality and functions.

If you decide you don't want a particular piece of merchandise, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization from us and then ship the merchandise back. You will be responsible for the freight back. It's pretty straightforward. Please contact us by email so we can take care of you!

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable)and original shipping costs.
Full refunds, no risks, no problems!

However - There can be NO REFUNDS issued after 7days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. By default, your credit card data disappears from the on-line transaction at the end of the 30th day from the time you place your order on-line. Soulagetherapy.com understands there can be mitigating circumstances. As long as you request your refund within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, Soulagetherapy.com will issue a refund. It may require up to 10days to issue your refund from the day we receive the product in our warehouse.
